Beauty treatment?

Im gonna give myself a beauty treatment! Yay!


Im gonna have a hot bath, and theres a few things I need help with-


-If I add body lotion to the water, will it make my skin healthier?


-If I leave a hot flanel on my face for 20 minutes, will it make my face clearer?


-I popped a pimple on my face today and now its red and dry, how can I heal it?


-After a while the hot water gets uncomftorble, why is that?


-Any other tips to make my face cleaner
