Have you used Olive Oil as a beauty treatment, if so, how do you use it?

Do you use it in your daily diet and get outward results such as softer skin, shiny hair etc? Have you ever used it topically?Have you used Olive Oil as a beauty treatment, if so, how do you use it?
Yes! First off it's natural. No additives, preservatives or fragrances. So for people with sensitivities, it's great. I have a buffy puffy thing (sorry, don't know the name) and combine liquid soap and olive oil. That cleans, takes off dead cells, and moisturizes all at once. It works great as a shaving cream for legs too!

For hair: a hot oil treatment. On wet hair that has been towled a bit, I apply olive oil and comb it through. Especially important for the ends. Massage your scalp and then while doing this, I have a dampened towel drying in the clothes dryer. While it's nice and hot, I wrap around my head and leave for about one half hour. Shampoo thoroughly twice. I put it on my cuticles at manicure time and a dab extra on especially dry areas. Feet with a pair of light socks at bedtime.Have you used Olive Oil as a beauty treatment, if so, how do you use it?
I use olive oil as a replacement for lotion. I have chemical allergies so I can't use a lot of products out today. I also you it for a sugar scrub and as a moiturizer for shaving my legs. I just by the extra virgin cold pressed in the store. Give it some time to soak in when you use it, usually 15 minutes. I also use coconut oil as well. For more info you can see my ehow articles. Thanks.
I have never used olive oil as a beauty treatment. I used to, however, have the wildest crush on Olive Oil from Popeye. Have a glorious weekend.
Any attempt at beauty would be a disaster on me my friend, however,i do use olive oil to treat earache and removal of stubborn ear wax.
I let it sit in my hair every Saturday morning and wash it out an hour or so later - it makes my hair so soft and shiny :)
