What is a homemade beauty regimine or product that you have found to combat average beauty concerns? What is your favorite ';homemade'; beauty treatment?
I too have dry skin and hair that tends to get frizzy in damp weather so I use oatmeal in my bath. You don't have to buy the name brand stuff, just good ol' Old Fashioned rolled oats. Don't use 'instant', it will get gooey and clog the drain. A easy face mask can be made from an egg white. Just separate an egg and whip up the white until frothy pat onto your face and let it dry. Then rinse off. Your skin will get the same benefit as an expensive peel-off plus the amino acids in the egg white are good for gentle skin. For your hair, make a hot oil treatment using extra virgin olive oil. Heat the oil carefully and don't burn your scalp :) Olive oil also is good for soaking your feet or rubbing them down after a soaking/bath.What is your favorite ';homemade'; beauty treatment?

I just used a beer-rinse for the first time yesterday, it was awesome! My hair is softer and shinier (yay). All I did was pour warm, flat beer over my hair after shampooing...I kind of worked it in a little bit, and then rinsed with lukewarm water.
