try the this morning website. I was watching it the other week and they showed how to make facials and foot scrubs and much more out of stuff you might have in the cupboards/fridge.

An anti aging facemask:





Ingredients: 1 egg white (raw)





Cover your whole face (bar eyes, lips and nostrils) with the egg white and allow to dry, when dry you will feel a tightness of the face. add another layer and allow to dry, repeat process until face is really tight feeling and appearance is really shint in the mirror.





Remove with a warm damp flannel and then splash with cold water to close the pores. If you do this everyday for 1 month before a special occasion, trust me you will seee the difference, the skin will appear taughter, softer clearer and more evened out - and even lifted!!

sea salt with olive oil





mask:


clay with water, salvia essence, or mint oil





yogurt with papaya or ananas





avocado cream with a bit lemon (also for hair)





hair:


leaving olive oil on the hair for 15 minutes, rinsing, afterwards shampooing - leaves hair silky.





avocado cream - putting on hair, rinsing after approx. 10-15 min





after shampooing framboise vinegar gives shine to brown hair.





conditioning with beer is also said to give shine to hair - if you like that taste...
